I blame it on my Florida Trip.....and also Shannon Dew over at Life After I "Dew". She started this whole Beach Body thing, and I just can't get enough of health and fitness now.
I'm trying to learn as much as I can about working out....learning new and different moves. Each day, trying to beat my calories burned by just a little bit. It's like a personal goal that I have every day. And I love it.
I'm at a weight now where I've been at kind of a plateau. My lowest weight, before we went to FL back in April was 115 lbs. I'm 5'1" so for me, that was like the skinniest I've been since High School and I was loving the way my body looked! Specially since having a baby...I was so happy and excited that I was happy to get my tummy looking half way normal!
But here me when I say, that after a vacation....I wasn't too happy with my body. I gained about 4 lbs on vacation (normal, I know) but since then it's just been packing on. And today, I'm at 123.4. And we're leaving for Disney World in just 17 short days.....I know I'm probably not going to get myself almost 8 lbs lighter in that amount of time (healthy) so all that I can do is work out and eat right and see where that gets me. So, that's what I'm going to do!! I've been using MFP like a mad woman! (username: crystalseed) Follow me!!!
And my Husband bought me a Nutribullet for my birthday, so I've been obsessed with making smoothies. That's all I've been having for breakfast! And I love it! Keeps me full for hours, and it's pretty low cal, AND HEALTHY!! So, if you have any good smoothie recipes that you'd like to give me, I'm open to any and all!
