Decisions, Decisions....

I need your help. I can't make up my mind. Trying to pick different stuff for the walls for the new house. And it's HARD! Here are the rooms that I want to get decals for

• Chloe's bedroom
• Master Bedroom
• Kitchen
• Possibly Family Room
• and Laundry Room

Since I have already posted what I wanted to do with Chloe's room, here is what I've found so far for the other rooms:

Ask Him Anything-Answers

So, here are the answers to the burning questions you girls had for Husband. I wasn't going to post this considering I only got 3 responses, but oh well...I really don't have anything else that I want to post for today. So, here's the questions with their answers.
Melissa from First Comes Love asked: How did you become so good at picking out clothing, shoes, jewelry, and other assorted gifts for your wife? I don't know any other man that does this, but I think it's a pretty awesome skill, and I would like to teach my husband to do the same... if that's even possible... :)-Answer: I like buying stuff for Crystal and I think I have a pretty good idea what she likes and what she looks good in. Sometimes I feel she wont buy something on her own cause she may not think it will look good on her where she thinks she may waste her money but if I buy and she doesn't feel like she wasted money. I think you really have to be in tune with the likes and dislikes but also I think she likes if I go outside of her comfort zone on gifts, and just understand the current trends.... Really I just like buying stuff for her! 
Mallory from I'm Mallory and these are my thoughts asked: I want to know what Andy's most memorable date with you was. :) -Answer: Probably the first "real" date, when we went out to play pool and she kicked my ass! It was good to see she wasn't afraid to dent my ego as a man and just show she was good  at pool. 
Lindsay over at From Nanny to Family asked: I want to know what Andy's drink of choice is. I love me some wine so I love to know others peoples choices.-Answer: I really don't venture out past Bud Light. I know pretty boring, I used to drink long island ice tea but not so much any more.
Kelly from Rantings of an Angry Woman asked: How did you know that she was the one?-Answer: It's was just one of those feelings. We seem to just click at the beginning, it didn't hurt that she was HOT...lol. But as we spent more time together it felt we were just made for each other. We are 6 years apart, which I know some people like to poke fun at me for, but I could care less what others think about me. Now that we have such a beautiful daughter that we both love more than anything it shows me that we are the ones for each other. 
Well, ladies. There you have it. Answers straight from his fingers...honestly he was happy to do this. Took some begging because I had to pry him from his homework, but once he started typing, he just went to town. So, maybe one of these days, if you guys have more questions for Husband, I'll get him to answer in a Vlog.Thanks for the questions, Ladies.

Chloe's Big Girl Room

My plan for this room is to make it similar to her room now. She's going to continue to sleep in her crib until we are ready to switch her. Not sure when that is going to be. But I'm not ready yet. It might be sooner then later though, cuz she's moving to Toddler room 4 on April 30th. So....May is going to be all about potty training. I sorta kinda have a feeling she might get it really quickly. She's been a really good baby with changes! From Bottles to rocking to sleep to binky's. Everything has been really easy for her. So, I don't think this is going to be any different. But I could be wrong. But, as soon as she's trained during the day, then she's getting a toddler bed. That's that. And then we will just wait for that week with dry diapers in the morning....This post isn't about her being potty trained. Sorry about that. What I REALLY wanted to talk about was how I'm going to decorate her big girl room when we move to the new house. LOL!!! So, here's that.I really want to do the walls the same as they are now. Minus the green. What I'm thinking, actually is doing white walls with a pink ceiling. Have any of you seen this done? I recently seen a commercial, and it looked AWESOME!! I think with the white walls and pink ceiling, that would allow us to be able to do the green/zebra print accents. The green won't be a lot. Right now all we have is a collage frame on the wall and some cubbies and a lamp shade with pink and green circles. So, to get a zebra rug, zebra curtains and a few other things, I think that would be perfect! I found a picture of what I am going for.

This is a pretty good idea, but obviously instead of the black and white stripes and dots, it would be zebra. What do you think??

As for decor, like I said, we have the green collage frame. I also have these that I'm going to put up

I actually got these from Etsy a long time ago, but I didn't want to put them up cuz I knew that we would be moving eventually.

And then I want to do her name on the wall....and these are what I found. But I can't decide which one I like better....can you help me?

Next would be the growth chart. This I'm thinking of putting it behind the door...but I still want it to be cute. So, what do you think?

And this will also be in there. I will probably put it on a canvas and hang it above the changing table or something.

And then maybe the for the door?

So What Wednesday!

Linking up with Shannon over at Life After I "Dew" for another week of So What Wednesday!This week I'm saying So What! If:

• I kind of looked forward to Husband being gone for a few days....but now I'm SOOOOOO glad he's back!
• I spent $49.00 on a pair of Vera Wang heels last weekend. Omg, I'm so glad I did. They are amazing and I love them!
• I'm 26 and I'm pretty sure I have arthritis is my left knee....yea. Oh well.
• I can't wait for Chloe to be potty trained! Day Care tuition will go down, AND we won't have to buy diapers! Yay!!!!
• Chloe knocked over my little POS jewelry box that I haven't opened in years. All the stuff fell out, so what did I do? Threw all my shit away that I haven't touched in probably 5 years. It was all crap and mostly tarnished to shit anyways. So, whatever.
• I was WAY over my calories on Sunday. Pretty much by Lunch. A&W grilled chicken sandwich, half of a large fry AND a rootbeer float. Yep! And then for dinner? Well....almost half of a pizza and a bread stick. That's ok! I have until Friday to work that off and lose the weight.
• Chloe doesn't nap on the weekends if she doesn't go down by 3 at the latest. There isn't any point....she would wake up after 5 and then have dinner, take a bath and go right back to bed? Nope....not happening in this house. That's why Sunday, she went to bed at 7:15...she didn't take a nap. She was fine. We all lived through it.

Husband Out of Town

FOR 3 DAYS?!?!?!?!?

 What's a Momma to do?!?!?! Have some Mommy/Daughter time and enjoy!!! That's what I'm going to do!! Enjoy my time with my girl and enjoy some alone time when she's sleeping to read and catch up on some blogging. I'm sad that he's gone, but I kind of need this time to myself. I feel horrible when we sit in the same room both on the computer at night after Chloe goes to sleep. So with this time I have in the next day and a half, I'm going to get some mad reading done. That's my plan at least. So, we shall see how this goes. The original plan was to blog....a LOT, but I did all that this weekend. I got all the way until next Monday scheduled. So, that leaves me all this time to read Hunger Games, and HOPEFULLY finish it, and then I can hopefully get the next one on my Kindle and start it. So, we shall see. I'll miss Husband, but looking forward to this time. And maybe, if it's nice, I'll take Chloe to the park tonight and tomorrow night!!! So pray for NO rain!

This time I'm going to put the ball in YOUR court....I've done this Q&A before, but it was for me. You asked me anything you wanted, and I answered....but this time-It's Husbands turn.I'm going to make Husband take the reigns for a day. We MIGHT have renters

Might, as in, it's looking REALLY, REALLY good!They came through yesterday for the 2nd time. They had some questions and just wanted to look through 1 more time to make sure it's what they wanted.Husband had printed out a security deposit thingy for them to take with them to look over. And if they thought this was the house for them, then they could send it back, or bring it over with a check to hold their spots until we're ready for the lease to be signed.Husband and I are not going to have anybody sign any papers until we close on our new house. We were supposed to have the approval from the bank last week. But we haven't gotten it yet. So, I guess now they are expecting it either today or tomorrow. Once we have the approval, we get the appraisal done, and then we close. Originally they told us that they wanted to close on or before May 3rd. So we're just hoping that we're still good for that date! Considering we now have people who want to move into our house on June 1st....we kind of need to be closed with the keys by beginning of May so that we can paint Chloe's room for the renters. Obviously they don't want a pink and lime green room....with the name Chloe on the wall. LOL!
So, wish us LOTS of luck that we hear back from the bank REALLY soon that we have an approval. And lets hope that the renters give us a check to hold on to...PRAY!

So What! Wednesday!

• I went to the Dr on Monday because I've been having some pain in my right boob....I didn't know what it was, and piece of mind is worth a million to me.
• I could watch Chloe eat alllll day long. Considering she has been a Non Eater for the past few months, and now she finally has her appetite back. YAY!!
• I entered Chloe in the Gap Casting Call....yep, That Mom!
• I hate that Husband is in school....I hate even more that he has like a WHOLE year left.
• I hate that me and my cousin Shannon live so far apart!
• I hate this gosh darn MI weather. Why can't we just be into Summer yet?! 
• Sometimes I just want to throw all of Chloe's noise making toys across the room and hope that they shatter to little teeny tiny pieces.
• First thing to buy for the new house is baby gate for the staircases.....*see also* Toddler loves to climb stairs...up and down and up and down and up and down...and.....you get the point.
• I have spent all my time at night on my Kindle...I can't get ENOUGH of The Hunger Games
• I'm so short that when we went to look at washers and dryers, I had to "test" the height on the stackables....yep. That's going to be the only way we get a stackable. If my little 5 foot 1 inch stature can reach the damn buttons on the top.
• I just want to put all our clothes in our new closet at our new house (that we don't have yet)....that's 1 thing I'm super excited for. Due to the fact that a lot of my clothes sit on the dresser due to NOT FITTING in mine....

Introducing, The New House!!

Saturday we went to our new house. (I can't help calling it that, even though we haven't closed on it yet)Husband measured all the windows for treatments and the rooms for carpet. Also, the kitchen for new appliances. We're going to need washer and dryer too, but we're just going to get a stackable. So that's not going to be any issue.So, anyways....the point of this post is just to show you guys what the inside looks like. I took all our before pictures.

There you have it. That's our new house....we're still waiting on confirmation of closing. Sometime between now and May 3rd. And then the remod begins!

House Update

Since I can't wait any longer, here's the outside of it!!!

Seriously, have never been so excited ever in my life!!!! Well, except for when we found out we were pregnant. But that was a different kind of excited. This excited, is like...ok. So, we're got our little family, but we need a bigger house. We have been looking and looking, and then finally found THAT house. Of course it was a short sale, so it was going to take forever! Right?! WRONG!

3 short months ya'll! 3 MONTHS! I can't believe it!!We got the call from our Real Estate Agent on Monday. I was home sick ALLLL day. Husband went golfing cuz he had the day off work. When we got home with Chloe around 3:30 ish, I ate some of the food he brought home for me. And then he played with Chloe while I layed on the couch. He took her outside, and then fed her dinner, and then gave her a bath. While he was getting her jammies on, his phone rang. It was the real estate agent! She told us that all we needed was the final approval from the bank. We should have that within the week. And they want to close sometime in May. So that's good news!!!Well, yesterday....Husband talked to her again. And THIS TIME....he got even BETTER news! Yep, so they want to close no later then May 3rd. AND......AND! We get the keys at closing!!! Are you kidding me?!?!?!?! OMG! I'm like going crazy right now. I can't even contain myself. This is going to be a whirl wind coming up here. Andy's going to Mexico for work on April 24th, I think....and then we need to get our house painted and fixed up for renters (in hopes that we have some) and then we'll need to look (and buy) some new appliances, new bedroom and living/family room furniture....and then get the house cleaned, (FIL is paying for someone to do that for us) and painted and then get all our stuff moved in....How we're going to do that, and be able to sleep there with Chloe comfortably...I'm not sure. But I know that we're going to be able to figure it out. This is what we've wanted for so long now...I can't even tell you how excited I am for it to finally be happening! It's crazy! But soon you guys will be able to see this house that I've been talking about that I haven't been able to post pictures of! How awesome is that?! Eeek! I'll definitely post before and after pics too. That's a must! Wait till you see it. You're going to flip!!!
So, the date we're looking at is on or before May 3rd! Eeeek!!!! 

Easter 2012

I know you guys are probably so over the Easter posts. But too bad. Cuz I'm making mine today. Since I had my giveaway winner announcement on Monday, and then I was sick on Tuesday, and well...So What! Wednesday is of course on Wednesday...that left Easter for Thursday!

I won't make this a super long read.....as a matter of fact, it's going to be quite short. Just because the pictures are so cute, they speak for themselves!

We just had a nice morning with Chloe. She got her Easter basket, and then we colored some eggs.....yes! We colored eggs Easter Morning. Don't Judge!

• I can't wait to move! I know we have so many memories here at this house, and this is where we brought Chloe home from the hospital, but this new house, will be the beginning to a new chapter in our lives.
• Our cat is going to HATE us when we move!
• I totally had Husband buy me Tampons yesterday....yep. I did. And he was totally cool with it! I love him!!
• Today is Jeans Day for $5. $$ goes to ACS, and I'm taking this time to NOT do my hair and totally make it a bum day.
• I'm ending SWW short again this week to read The Hunger Games. Sorry ladies! You know I love you!

Sick Day

I'm taking a sick day. I was home laid up all day yesterday. Not sure what I had, but it wasn't good....I'm feeling a little better, but wasn't in the mood to blog last night. So I'm leaving you with this. Sorry ladies!I promise to be back for So What! Wednesday tomorrow! Thanks for understanding!
