SO WHAT! Wednesday!

This week I'm saying SO WHAT! If:
  • I'm sick....but I'm actually ok with it, because this means I won't be sick in 10 days when we leave for Florida.
  • I have a new blog design in the works....and I'm OH so exited!!!
  • I bought Chloe's Christmas Jams for FL in a size S instead of 4T because they didn't have 4T.....gah....she will be swimming in them, but ya know what...they will fit her NEXT year TOO!
  • I've become addicted to another store. It's called Simple Addication and it's amazing! Cheap, and super cute stuff!
  • I will pack Chloe's bags for FL this weekend, if I have the time.
  • We've slowly been giving Chloe Christmas presents here and there....oh well. It's amazing seeing her face light up.
  • Chloe is still addicted to Monster's Inc...like, hasn't shown an interest in Monster's University. LOL!
  • I made Hubs spend $20 on an Ugly Christmas Sweater that I will only wear once a year....if that.
  • I cannot wait to get in the car and drive for 2 days. Like, seriously, jokes aside, because that means, end result is warm and sun....and no work for 9 days!
  • I got MORE coffee cups for Christmas from my Secret Santa! YES!!!!!!!
That's all for me this week! Head over to Shannon's blog and tell us what you are saying SO WHAT! to this week!

SO WHAT! Wednesday!

Life After I Dew

This week I'm saying SO WHAT! If:
  • We bought Chloe Monsters University for Christmas, but instead of waiting, we just had to give it to her, only because we couldn't stand to watch Monster's Inc ONE MORE TIME!
  • I bought myself a pair of boots from Kohls.com 2 days after I went to the store and purchased another pair of boots....hey! I had $30 Kohls cash, and I got the 2nd pair for $8!! AND Free shipping!!
  • I don't own an Ugly Christmas Sweater....but I'm considering buying one because we're having an Ugly Christmas Sweater contest at work next Wednesday.
  • The Christmas lights on our second floor probably won't make it up this year....oh well...at least the rest are done and the tree is up.
  • I seriously want to make EVERY SINGLE thing on the Emeals Low Fat plan this week....EVERYTHING! And you could too...if you signed up! Still 30% off right now!!
  • I forgot to move Peach the Elf last night...so I had to wait until Chloe and Hubs left this morning to move her....she will get a nice surprise when she gets home :-)
  • I'm planning to put half of the bonus (that I MIGHT get) toward paying off my credit card...how sad is that? Ugh...wish I could take it ALL to Florida, but no....I have to be a grown up and pay bills first...lol!
  • I'm pretty certain that Hubs wants an Xbox for Christmas....but I refuse to spend the money....so I'm pretty sure he's going to buy it for himself...UGH!
  • I asked for a Dutch Oven, a food processor, and a Shark Steam Mop for Christmas from Andy's Dad...yea, boring  house stuff...
  • We're getting a Dishwasher from Andy's Mom for Christmas....call me crazy, but I AM pretty excited about that! Ours is a piece!!
Well, that's about it for me this week! Go over to Shannon's page and tell us what you are saing SO WHAT! to this week!

SO WHAT! Wednesday!

Life After I Dew
This week I'm saying SO WHAT! If:
  • Andy took himself to the ER for the second time in about 2 months last night.....yea
  • I'd rather it be busy at work today then slow just so the day goes by fast...but that's not going to happen.
  • I'm undecided on which outfit Chloe will wear to which Thanksgiving dinner....she has 2 options, and I can't make my mind up.
  • Instead of trying to be good and lose a lb or 2 before the holiday, I've been being bad....really really bad....
  • I know I've said it before....quite a few times, but I'm loving Emeals!!!
  • I strategically picked my outfits for this week so that I could wear leggings and comfy cami with a flowy cardigan for Thanksgiving.
  • I'm considering maybe taking Chloe to see Santa this weekend so she can wear her Christmas dress from last year, one last time. Since we'll be in FL for Christmas, she won't be wearing a long sleeve, floor length dress.... :-(
  • I just painted my nails 2 days ago, but considering painting them again today so they are fresh for the festivities tomorrow...they are already chipped....
I think that's about all I'm going to say SO WHAT to this week! I hope everyone has an amazing Holiday! We shall see you next week :-) Head on over to Shannon's page and tell us what YOU are saying SO WHAT! to this week.

SO WHAT! Wednesday!

Life After I Dew
This week I'm saying SO WHAT! If:

  • We got Chloe's hair cut over a week ago, and I'm impatiently waiting for the growth spurt to start.
  • My hair grows way too fast, and it REALLY annoys me that I have to get it cut/highlighted every 5 weeks.
  • I'm not looking forward to driving to FL in a MONTH from now...I just want to poof myself there....
  • I could not wait to watch the Originals....then I recorded 5 episodes and watched them all this weekend, and now I'm addicted and I can't wait for the next episode!
  • I bought myself a pink North Face Oso Hoodie for Christmas....from Amazon, 2nd day shipping because I'm that impatient....and Yes, I will be wearing it as soon as I get it. I cannot wait until Christmas.
  • I'm tempted to start packing Chloe's Florida bags....I mean, why not, right? She won't be wearing any of her spring/summer stuff in Michigan right now, right?
  • I'm constantly looking for tutu's and new leotards for Chloe for dance class....aaahhhh, it's an obsession now!
  • Chloe needs....YES, NEEDS a cute little Ballet bag. Any suggestions on where to find one, and not TOO overly expensive?
  • I've been obsessed with Emeals....literally, cannot wait to get my email every Wednesday! You could be too!!!! And right now, they are offering 30% off!!! Don't wait, Go sign up NOW!
Now, head on over to Life After I "Dew" and tell us what you're saying SO WHAT! to this week!

Lately

I've been a tad obsessed with meal planning. I've been known to complain that I wasn't doing the best job with this whole house wife thing....ya know...when it comes to the whole cooking stuff. Well, I signed up for Emeals and I honestly think I'll never go back....it's amazing. I chose the Clean Eating meal plans, and well, as you might imagine, it's a bit more expensive buying healthy, not processed, clean eating items. But it's SOOOO worth it. And the fact that I get the plans emailed to me, with grocery list and all, well...it doesn't get much easier than that now, does it?!

Zulily....simply because of their amazing customer service. I had placed an order for a pair of boots a few weeks back. I know ordering footwear online is tough because all shoes are different, but I did it anyways....and when I got them, they were TOO big. Like, WAY too big. I was bummed. So I immediately emailed customer service, and they got back to me almost immediately. They said there was no need to return the item...they would put an in store credit for the item on my account. Perfect!!!! I'll take it! I posted a picture of the boots on my FB and Bam! A friend from work wanted them. So I sold them. Can't go wrong with that! And now I have $29.99 to spend on something else from Zulily!!

May Designs Planner....I'm in love! Can I just say, that I seriously cannot wait for January 1st so I can start using it full time. I'm such a dork, and I cannot live without a planner. Even though I use my phone too...it's weird, but I have to have things written down too. It's piece of mind having it in 2 different places.

So those are just a few of the things that I'm currently obsessing over. What are you loving??

Say Hello!

1. My morning routine is pretty simple....yet it always seems to get hectic.
  • I wake up at 5:30, take a shower
  • I make sure my shower doesn't last any longer then 10 minutes....I'm a very punctual person
  • I get out and put deodorant on, then face cream, then brush my teeth
  • Then, if I decide to wear make up, I put that on next
  • Once makeup is on, I take my towel off my head and put product in my hair
  • Brush my hair out, and then I get dressed.
  • Dry my hair
  • Put perfume on
  • Go wake up Chloe...by this time, it's no later then 6:20am
  • Chloe and I wake up Hubs
  • Chloe goes potty, and then we get her dressed
  • Chloe brushes her teeth and we comb her hair
  • We go downstairs for breakfast and coffee
  • Chloe and Daddy are out the door no later then 7:05am
It seems simple, but somehow, some way it ALWAYS seems to get hectic. LOL!
2. I am on Instagram!! My name is crystalseed...and my 3 favorite IGer's are:
  • Shannon Dew
  • Kate Balla
  • AP from I Love you More than Carrots
3. My daily "must read" blogs....Hmmmm, there are quite a few!
4. You wanna know a little bit about my family? Well, Andy and I met back in '04. Engaged and started living together '05. Married '07, pregnant '09 and welcomed out precious Chloe August '10. Now we are living in our 2nd home, since June '12. And that's about it. Have any other burning questions, feel free to comment and I'll get back to ya!
5. Favorite Holiday Traditions? Well, We really don't have any traditions....other then putting the Christmas tree up on Thanksgiving. But that's about it. We're actually going to Florida with Andy's family this year for Christmas, so that might turn into an every year thing. :-)
6. And, last but not least....one random fact about myself?? If you have never read my blog from the very beginning, you wouldn't know that I am adopted. I was taken in by my family at 6 months old....and I didn't know I was even adopted until I was 21 years old....crazy, RIGHT?

That's all for me!!! Head on over to Laura's little piece of the world wide web and link up!!

SO WHAT! Wednesday

Life After I Dew

This week I'm saying SO WHAT! If:
  • I have about 6 bottles of perfume that I use on a regular basis, and I'm currently trying to get that down to 1-2 bottles TOPS.
  • I do a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar everyday!
  • I secretly REALLY hope that it snows soon.....
  • I'm pretty sure I'm getting my blog redone this month, and I cannot wait until I get that email!!!
  • My mug that I use at work says "Mommy's sippy cup" and I wish it had more than just coffee or tea in it most days.
  • We have already gotten Chloe mostly done for Christmas! We spend $200 on her at TRU!
  • I feel naked without my rings. I'm having my engagement ring and wedding ring solder together.
  • I can't wait to get home and not have to make dinner tonight!
I'm done! Hop on over to Life After I "Dew" and tell us what you are saying SO WHAT! to this week!

Maybook vs Erin Condren Planner

For the past 2 years I've been an Erin Condren planner owner. And I've loved every single second. Loved how well made they are, how sturdy and durable they are. Love the thickness of the pages and that it comes with a cute little page holder/ruler. Love that you can add a little pen holder so that you are never without something to write with. I love the fact that it has the folder and the little plastic pocket to keep business cards or whatever else in. All around, it's a great planner. Great, but a little on the pricey side. I couldn't afford to spend $50 on a planner this year. So I started looking around, and I remembered a few people had ordered a Maybook last year, so I wanted to check them out as well.
After doing much research, and looking into the Maybooks vs the Erin Condren, and whatever else planner I could find. I found that the Maybooks looked like it was exactly what I was looking for. So I ordered it. I couldn't wait to get it. It was less than $30 shipped. I was able to create my own design, and surprisingly it came SUPER fast!!! I placed my order the evening of October 17th, it shipped October 23rd and it was in my mailbox on October 25th! That's FAST!!!!!
I was very pleased!!!
Super cute packaging!

This is the inside of the package

And here is my book!!

Month view

And then the week by week view

This is how big they are...so perfect for me!

Size comparison to Erin Condren

And the thickness

All in all, I'm in love! I couldn't ask for anything more. The ONLY think that would be nice is if it had a few pages in the back for note taking, but other then that, for a monthly/weekly planner, this is PERFECT!

SO WHAT! Wednesday!

Life After I Dew

This week I'm saying SO WHAT! If:

  • I was going to make my Halloween costume this year, but ended up buying the major piece off Etsy.
  • Chloe keeps telling Hubs that she wants him to be Superman for Halloween....guess he's gonna be wearing a cape. LOL!
  • Chloe has a drug allergy...we're trying to work through it.
  • I have eaten literally, nothing but veggies for snacks and lunch this week, and I still feel like a fat ass after eating dinner most night. What gives?
  • I don't like 1 of Chloe's teachers at day care.....She's just too old fashioned for me and she makes me feel like I'm a failure of a Mother.
  • I can't afford Erin Condren this year. So I ordered my first Maybook.....and I'm pretty stoked about it. The price point is perfect for me, and it's a lot smaller and more like a pocket book, so for me, I have a feeling this will be perfect. We shall see when I get it. I'll review it once I do.
  • It's taken us over a year to get into the basement and start the re-mod. We're turning it into a play room, and I couldn't be more excited! Hubs bought the paint. We're doing a toned down "banana yellow"!!
Well, that's all for me this time. Head over to Shannon's page and tell us what you're saying SO WHAT! to this week!

Meal Planning 101

Don't think going into this post that it's going to be all this information about meal planning...because it's not! I'm horrible at it, and I need some major help. I used to be awesome, used to make my list, grocery shop like a champ with the best of them, make dinner at least 2-3 times a week....yep! Best Wife Award over here! Now?? Nope. But I have my reasons....
Reason 1, and probably the only reason....we had our Couples Boudoir Photo Shoot October 6th. So we vowed to only eat Salads and chicken for the 2 months prior to that so we could watch our weight and be nice and lean and not all bloated for the pictures. That plan worked out great! Grocery shopping was super easy and cheap too! I just bought a huge thing of spinach for myself, and made salads for lunch. And we had chicken Caesar salads for dinner. But now that all that's done....I feel like I need to get back into the swing of things. Making dinner's and such. Having family dinner time....making stuff that Chloe will enjoy. Ya know, the normal....Mom/Wife thing. So my attempt at this, is becoming a member of the Elite Emeals mailing list. I'm going to give it a try and see how it goes.
I got my first meal plan Tuesday night, so I'm looking forward to going grocery shopping this weekend. We shall see how it goes, and I will be posting the recipes that I love.
Stay Tuned...

SO WHAT! Wednesday!

Today I'm saying SO WHAT! If:

  • I'm already counting down the months and weeks and days till we leave for Fl....on December 21st.
  • Hubs and I might be starting a Gluten Free diet soon....I'll keep you posted, and will most likely be asking questions if this does happen.
  • I am totally sick of Miley Cyrus....Buuuuut, I kind of like her new song Wrecking Ball (not her swinging naked on the wrecking ball in the video....just the song. LOL)
  • I'm wearing blue today.....We're having a team day at work. Based off how many years you've worked here, you wear a certain color. 1-5 years is green and 6-10 years is blue. My 6 year anniversary is October 1st, but I'm rocking my blue today. I don't care!
  • I want to go buy a whole new "leggings as pants wardrobe"
  • I'd rather have a Pumpkin drink from anywhere but Starbucks. Not sure why, but theirs in too spicy for me....weird, but true. Dunkin' has a BOMB one!
  • Trying to drink more water yesterday...goal is supposed to be a gallon a day. I made it to like 40 something ounces. UGH!
  • I'm eating a damn doughnut today!
Well, that's all for me this week. Please go over to Life after I "Dew" and tell us what you are saying SO WHAT! to this week!

So What! Wednesday!

I know it's been awhile since I posted a SWW, but I figured today is as good a day as any to get back in here, right? I mean, since it's Shannon's first day back, and all!
So, today I'm saying SO WHAT! If:

  • I am in love with the fact that Fall weather is right around the corner.
  • I haven't blogged in well over a month. Probably more. But we all need a break, right?
  • I believe that summer months is a reason in itself to not blog. Too busy enjoying my family.
  • I'm ready to start picking out colors and designs for my new blog design for fall. I do it every year, and this year won't be different. And I think a new design will help me to get back to blogging.
  • We're thinking about taking Chloe down to part time at her day care and putting her in a pre school part time.
  • Hubs and I are doing a couples boudoir shoot....yep. October 6th....
  • I think Dunkin' Donuts Pumpkin Latte's are better then Starbucks. But I do like the Starbucks Salted Caramel Mocha.
  • I'm wearing leggings, a cardigan and boots with a tank top today....it's like Fall, but will be like summer....Not sure what else I could have worn. LOL!
  • We've been eating nothing but salads this week for dinner (and me for lunch) and I haven't budged in weight....UGH! WTF gives?! I need to get my stomach in photography shape in like 2 weeks....
Well, I think that's all for me today. Head over to Shannon's blog and tell us what YOU are saying SO WHAT! to this week!

My Tiny Ballerina

Saturday was our first Ballet class. She was a little unsure. But she did it. She didn't do much but stand around with her finger in her mouth, which is what she does when she's shy or unsure. She seems to be into it though, and she seems excited to go back next weekend. So we shall see. Hopefully she does more dancing and singing next week.

Here she is before we left. Isn't she just adorable?! I can't even take it. The leotard, the hair in a bun, she leg warmers...ahhhhh, she kills me.

'Round Here

There has been quite a bit happening.
Husband finished his Masters! YAY!!! That was back in June, and I can’t remember if I’ve blogged about it, but I know it’s been awhile since I’ve written, so I just wanted to throw that out there.
I did a boudoir shoot back in June. That was SO MUCH fun!! I did for Hubs for our 6 year Anniversary. He loved it, obviously. I had a little leather bound book made for him. And what did he get me, you ask…..a bike. Ha! Yes, a bike. I told him a month before that I wanted one, because my old one was on it’s last leg, so I give him props for actually listening and remembering that I had mentioned something.
Chloe has turned 3. Yes, I have a 3 year old….it has been crazy, I tell you. Her birthday was August 20th, and I swear, since the week of her birthday, she’s just been a whole different child. Not in a bad way, at all (sometimes) but just more of a grownup version of herself. It’s rather weird. The things she says now, it’s like we are constantly having those “Where did that come from” or “where did you learn that” moments.
For example, just last night, before we snuggled up on the couch to watch Mickey before bed, I told her we needed to use the potty one last time. She looked at me and says “But mama, I already went!” I said, yes, I know, but I would like you to sit on the potty one more time before bed, please and thank you” and she looks at me and says “Again?!”. Yes, Chloe….again…..and low and behold, she peed like she’d never peed before. I’m thinking to myself…how can you help THAT much pee for that long….goodness!
We are starting Ballet classes tomorrow. I am beyond excited to see my little girl become a dancer. She loves to dance around the house, she shakes her little thing like it ain’t nobody’s business, and she LOVES to walk on her tippie toes. She loves music, she loves to sing, so this makes me think she’s going to fit right in. And I got 6 dance leotards from an old friend from High School, that that’s awesome. We got her some ballet slippers, and a pair of tights, so she’s all ready to go! Tonight will be LOTS of laundry night to get all that stuff + her new fall clothes washed…Oh boy!

Well, that’s about it. I’m going to try my hardest to get back into this blogging thing, and I’m on the waiting list to get a new blog design at the end of October, so I’m really looking forward to that! Hope ya’ll will stick with me!

Kendra Thornton on Traveling

Since the summer vacation months are in full swing, I thought it'd be appropriate to touch a bit on the subject of traveling with the littles and keeping sane.
Kendra was so gracious to contact me and ask that I post a little bit of an article on my blog, here....But OF Course!!!
Here is her take on Traveling with the family! Seriously, this is some GOOD Info!

Planning to Succeed on Your Next Family Vacation
It’s time for a family vacation!  Does your head throb at the thought of long airport lines, endless highway miles, or grubby hotel rooms?  You can eliminate these travel hassles, and more, by
planning with a few new strategies ahead of time.  Planning ahead of time will yield the best results for your family’s vacation.

1. Getting There is Half the Fun!
Whether your vacation involves taking a plane or driving, preparation is essential.  Book your
flight as far ahead as possible, and arrive at the airport with plenty of time to spare.  Hands-free is best when travelling through airports with children.  A baby carrier helps with the littlest member of the family, while tots through teens can sport individual backpacks.  Pack only essentials in carry-on bags, as they must pass through security screening.

2. Where in the World…?
Choose a vacation destination that has something for everyone. If you’re traveling to visit a family member, do your homework about cool attractions along the way or near her house.  If the budget allows, go for resorts or cruises that feature kids’ clubs, as well as fun for parents.  Comfortable lodging, with all your family’s desired amenities is the vacation centerpiece.  I used Gogobot to look through a wonderful list of Orlando hotels, and was able to find one that best suited my family’s needs.  Be sure to read online reviews before you book your stay.

3. On the Road Again
Families opting to travel by car should plan ahead to neutralize boredom and stress.  Keep everyone comfortable during long hours in the car with pillows, blankets and favorite stuffed animals.  Bring your kids favorite book for them to enjoy, or download audio books to your electronic devices for passing time while on the road.  Finally, don’t underestimate the morale boost that a well-planned pit stop can give a car full of weary travelers.  Smart phone apps and GPS devices are great for finding restaurants and attractions along the route.

4. Supermom Savings
Do you want to vacation without breaking the bank?  Research travel deals before you go. Whether you’re renting a car or purchasing park tickets, a few mouse clicks can mean the difference between full price and a nice discount.  Calculate a food budget that incorporates a variety of dining options, and then search online for restaurant coupons.

5. Time to Thrill, Time to Chill
Don’t wake up on Day 3 of your vacation and ask, “What are we doing today?”  Plan beforehand to get the most out of your trip.  Schedule the major attractions and also incorporate some down time to rejuvenate tired bodies and minds.  Keep activities within the usual rhythms of naps and mealtimes for your family.  Balance busy days with days for unwinding. With your vacation plan in-hand, get ready for your family’s best trip yet! Enjoy your trip, and safe travels!

Well, I finally took the leap and ordered our birthday invites for Chloe's princess themed birthday party! Omg, I couldn't be happier. Seriously, Kristen Lawlor over at First Name Smith is like some kind of genious or something. I can't even believe that she pretty much read my mind alllll the way from Florida and made my Princess Themed Birthday invite dreams come true! It's perfect in every single way and I couldn't be more excited to send these out! Eeeek!!!!

6 Years and Counting

Wow, can you believe it? I'm actually blogging....maybe this is the time I'll make my comeback. I've just been out of the blogging world lately, and it's actually felt pretty good. We've just been living life. Ya know, that thing you do when you have a toddler...not stuck behind a computer. Yep, that's been us. We've been pretty busy. Chloe had an allergic reaction to her antibiotic, so that was fun....that was about a weeks worth of Urgent Care, Dr visits, tests, freaking out.....ya know, the whole 9. Husband walked in his graduation ceremony. That was an exciting day until the end of the day when Chloe started to blow up like a balloon from her reaction. Gah!
Our 4th of July was fun....pretty low key. We went over to Husbands parents house. Had some snacks, and then just came home. Watched some of the neighborhood fireworks after Chloe was out for the count by 8pm.
So, now I'm sitting here thinking to myself, this post should actually be longer then a Twilight Novel, buuuutttt, I really don't want to write all this out. I'll save it for another day. Today I want to focus on the fact that it's July 7th 2013 and Hubs and I have been married for 6 years......WHAT!? 6 YEARS?! Seems crazy to me, but it's the truth! I can't believe it. July 7th, 2007 was the BEST day of my life (besides the day I gave birth) and it's a day I'll never forget. So, today in honor of our Anniversary we're going to have Grandma and Auntie babysit and go to a movie and dinner. I'm pretty excited.
Oh, and as for gifts? I did a Boudior shoot and make hubs a photo book. And he got me a new bike!!!! I LOVE IT! And I wish it wasn't threatening to rain today or else I'd be out riding that sucker right now. He bought a new bike about a month ago, and I told myself that if my bonus from work was big enough to buy a bike and pay off credit cards, I'd get myself one too....but it wasn't. So he surprised me with a new bike. He's amazing!
Well, that'll be all for now. I'm really sorry that I've been MIA lately. I promise I'm going to try and come back here soon....Living life is just way more important to me right now. I have a few posts that I'm going to be writing up here for this week, so stay tuned!

So What Wednesday
This week I’m saying SO WHAT! If:

  • I really don’t need anymore makeup, I have some that I don’t even use….but when it comes to the Everlasting Mascara from Avon, I can’t help myself. It’s clearance right now, $3.99!! I got me 2 of them, and will be ordering more once I get paid!
  • I’m scurred that I might have to stop selling Scentsy because it’s been slow for me, and if I don’t make $150 a month these next 2 months, I’m cancelled….this makes me SO sad! So, if you need anything, And I do mean ANYTHING! Please, help a sista out! www.cseed.scentsy.us
  • Chloe slept in our bed last night….she woke up twice screaming and coughing, so it was just easier that way. We all got sleep….well…at least a few hours. Kind of.
  • I HATE driving husbands car. Absolutely despise! His little V6 Journey does not compare to the power behind my V8 Explorer….so I cannot wait for my car to be out of the “hospital” today! I get her back and can drive her again tomorrow with new brakes and all fixed up! It took over $800 to get my Truck feeling better again. Oh well, she needed it.
  • As broke as I’ve been, I’m still paying the $28 to get fresh organic food delivered to my door tomorrow. It’s that good, and I love getting that box on my porch every Thursday! Chloe loves the fruit, and I love that she’s eating Organic! So, thank you Door to Door Organics!
  • I have talked my BFF Cassie into doing Zumba with me this Saturday morning since my MIL and SIL will be out of town. She’s excited and she knows it!
  •  I went to the NKOTB concert along with 95% of the Metro Detroit area on Saturday, and Let me tell you, I had an effing blast! Words cannot express the love that I have for Donnie…still! Gosh, he’s hot!
  • Last week and this week I’ve been doing my SWW post at work because Tuesdays have been just crazy for some reason, so I just don’t have the time at night to do it. That’s all for me this week.

SO WHAT! Wednesday!

So What Wednesday

This week I’m saying SO WHAT! If:

  • I almost didn’t write this post….hence it’s lateness….I passed out last night and didn’t feel like doing anything.
  • I’ve been sick all week, went home early from work Monday, and didn’t do a damn thing last night.
  •  I’ve been sucking it up, but last night, I just couldn’t…..I was lazy and didn’t do anything. Hubs took Chloe for a bike ride, made her dinner, gave her a bath and put her to bed. I was so grateful for that.
  •  I’m going to the NKOTB, 98 degrees and Boyz to Men concert Saturday….nuff said.
  • After we do Chloe’s room, we’re done painting for awhile. That shit is expensive, and it’s starting to rack up….
  • It’s taking us as far as taking toys away from Chloe to get her to poo on the potty….and she still has accidents most of the time. But when we remind her, she does go. We just have to keep on her….
  • Chloe has a mind of her own, and I know we’ve had an angel up to this point, but I’m really not looking forward to her turning 3. I’m pretty sure it’s all going downhill at that point. Terrible 2’s did not grace us, but I think the Terrible 3’s will….Lord help us!
  • Chloe had her first dentist appt on Monday….and I’m thanking the teeth God’s that she won’t be needing braces!!! The dentist said her teeth look perfect and her spaces are right where they need to be! YAY!!!!
  • I did Zumba last Saturday and I was pretty much dead on Sunday. COULD NOT MOVE!

SO WHAT! Wednesday!

So What Wednesday
This week I'm saying SO WHAT! If:

  • We did NOTHING this Memorial Day.
  • Hubs helped his Mom and Sister do some yard work.
  • We got our Mulch and yard work done.
  • Chloe still has been having problems pooing on the potty...up until last night, she magically decided she wanted to. We shall see if that continues.
  • I got paid on Friday and I was broke on Friday....love that. Stupid sickies keeping me home 2 days the week before.
  • We literally tried EVERYTHING to bribe Chloe to poo on the potty....even went as far as not letting her watch MMCH Monday night....
  • The only blog post I wrote/posted last week was my SWW post....I know I've been bad lately, and I will get better. It's just hard for me to sit and write when it's nice outside.
  • I finally passed the level I was stuck on in Candy Crush, so I've been obsessed with it lately.
  • Since we lost a majority of our food when our Fridge broke last week, the weekly grocery trip basically was just to replenish that, and I didn't get much of anything to cook with this week....oh well. I'll manage until this week's grocery trip and try to keep it on the cheap side.
  • It makes me sad that I can't help Chloe when she wakes from a night terror/growing pains in the middle of the night....but most of the time, all she wants is her Daddy.

SO WHAT! Wednesday!

So What Wednesday
This week I'm saying SO WHAT! If:

  • My freezer broke the day Andy left for El Paso.
  • The next morning the Service Engine light came on in my truck.
  • My allergies are so bad that I feel like tearing my eyes and my throat out of my head!
  • I've had pretty much no real relaxing alone time since Andy's been out of town.
  • I accidentally hit the premium gas button yesterday and paid $0.30 more for gas....I was PISSED!
  • We get super excited around here when Chloe poops on the potty! Come on people...she needs the encouragement!
  • My MIL just got her Mother's Day card last night because I forgot that it was in my purse....
  • I'm really looking forward to Andy coming home on Thursday....I miss him!
  • I've been walking around looking like I have pink eye, but really it's just allergies.....I HATE IT!
