• Weight Loss - Slowly but surely I'm losing the weight that I want to lose for our Florida trip at the end of March! I'm so happy about the way it's coming off. First goal was to hit 120, and now that I've surpassed that, I'm going for 115! I know that I can do it! I know that once we get to Florida and are in vaca mode, we're going to gain a little bit back, but I fully intend to keep with the MFP and try to keep working out (or shall I say, start) while we're down there.

• Pants that haven't fit in 3 years - To add to the first bullet point on losing the weight, I was able to fit into a pair of pants that haven't really fit me since before Chloe was conceived. That was an amazing feeling yesterday! For the past few months, I feel like I've worn nothing but leggings and stretchy pants....and yesterday I was just not in the mood for leggings. So glad I took that leap. Made me a happy girl!

• Potty Training - We aren't really training, per say, but she's now telling us when she needs to go, sometimes....sometimes it's after she's already gone, but that's a major step for us! She's understanding more and more that she's wet and needs to be changed. And she's actually interested in sitting on the potty more and more now. So I feel like we're getting somewhere. And that makes me happy. Will we be trained before we go to Florida, probably not. But that's ok with me.

• New Room at Day Care - She's loving it! And let me tell you, I think it's that she's trying to keep up with the big kids, but good lawd, she's tried at night, and I love it! She hasn't really been fighting bed time....(except last night) but I think that was our fault. But she's doing great, her teachers are great, and once she gets settled in her new room, they are going to REALLY push potty training! And I think that when she sees all her friends going potty and wearing undies and using the potty on a norm, she's going to get it and do it right along with them! I cannot wait! No more diapers in our near future!

• And last but not least....Tuesday is my birthday! I'm actually pretty excited. I get the day off work....PAID! And Hubs is taking the day off work to spend it with me while Chloe goes to day care. I cannot wait! We're actually going to get our eyes checked together. HA! That should be interesting....his first time every getting his eyes checked, and well, I'm going because I need new glasses. So it should be fun. Lunch at PF Changs, and it should be a good day! 

So WHAT! Wednesday!

  This week I'm saying SO WHAT! if:

• We tried to do P90X but we had to take the weekend off because we were so soar. And then we did it Monday, and then Tuesday just decided to the treadmill....maybe P90X will be every other day?
• I find myself wanting to spend all my Scentsy money on Scentsy stuff for myself....Ahhh! This might not be good.
• I cannot wait to get Chloe's big girl bedding! It might be awhile still, but nonetheless, I cannot wait!
• Took me about 3 weeks to send out the Thank You cards for Chloe's birthday....oh well! They are sent NOW! With cute wallet size pics in them!
• I told myself that I wasn't going to order an Erin Condren planner for 2013....but I did! And I cannot wait to get it!!!!!
• That damn Minnie Mouse balloon from past SWW....yea, she's still floating. Barely, but she's still floating!

I can't think of anything else to say SO WHAT! to this week...wish me luck on weight in today! I know I'm going to need it.

Happy 2nd Birthday, Chloe!

Well, it's here....and I'm not an ugly, crying, hysterical mess like I thought I would be....My baby girl, the one that I thought she was just in my belly last week, yep. She's 2 today! I cannot believe it! She's been such a joy in our lives and I seriously couldn't imagine being here today without her. She's growing soooo fast and learning so much every single day, it's hard to keep up with all the stuff that she is learning. Seems like everyday I'm like, "Alright, where did you learn that from?" She just amazes me!
She's so good and well tempered! I think that's probably my favorite part about her. I mean, don't get me wrong, we have our moments....when she's just not herself, like when we've been sitting at a restaurant for over an hour and she's just done..."I run, I RUN" is what she usually says when she just wants to get up and go!
We're going to the Dr today for her 2 year check up, and then after that we won't need to see them for a whole year! {well, unless she gets sick} but I'm one happy Mama about that! And I'm sure Chloe won't miss them! So, anyways, I'll update her stats with this here Blog tomorrow and let you know where my big 2 year old stands. I'm going to guess she's at least 30" tall and probably about 28-30 lbs.....that's my guess.. She's short, and we know that. She was actually off the charts for her height when she was an infant, but as soon as she hit 12 months old-BOOM she literally stopped getting taller....the DR looked at us, and said Yep! She's definitely your daughter! {We're both pretty short. I'm 5'1 and Andy is just under 5'9} So makes total sense that we produced a shorty!
She loves Minnie Mouse! Hense the Minnie Mouse themed 2nd Birthday Party! She got a ton of Minnie Mouse stuff! She loves playing with it all! Purses, little Minnie dress up dolls, Giant sized Minnie Mouse stuffed thing, a tiny Minnie Mouse stuffed one...and like a whole buncha different Minnie Mouse clothes! So she's going to love her Fall/Winter wardrobe! LOL!
So today we are shopping, maybe possibly buying Chloe a fish.....lol! Yes, I know....and just relaxing. Today is her day! Whatever she wants to do, we're doing!

It's Friday, Finally!!

This is going to be a short post....short, but sweet! Today Andy is taking a half day from work to finish up his homework so that he doesn't have to worry about it this weekend!
Tonight is cleaning and finishing everything for the party up! Baking Chloe's cake and all that stuff.
Saturday is my little girls birthday party!
Sunday we are going to Frankenmuth with our friends for her Birthday!!
So this is going to be a very exciting weekend for us!! And then Monday Andy and I are staying home with Chloe to celebrate her actual birthday with her! I'm very excited for this!!!! Minnie Mouse 2nd Birthday

Just a little bit of a preview....we don't have ANYTHING planned. I'm not even sure as to what the decor is going to look like. But the invitations are sent! And, right now, that's all that matters to me! LOL!
The party is the 18th and I cannot wait! Chloe is going to love it!!! I have her party dress all picked out! It's pink and black and white so she's going to match everything just perfectly! We do have a Minnie birthday shirt for her, but Andy and I are staying home with her on her actual birthday on Monday the 20th, so she's going to wear her birthday shirt that day!
As far as food goes. We are getting some croissant sandwiches from our local Costco. And then obviously some snacks and veggie/fruit trays and what not. The usual. Ya know....
Chloe's cake is going to be a HUMUNGO cupcake, just like last year. I'm thinking I'll make it funfetti this year! I think she will really enjoy that. And then the cake for the party will be from this local place that is down the street from us! It's a big sheet cake with Minnie on it! I'm so excited for that!
I will be doing just some simple decorating. Pink, black and white balloons. Matching plates and cups and stuff....nothing fancy. Probably a couple of Minnie Mouse balloons. Ya know! Just simple.

I'm not even sure that 10 of the 40 people we invited will show up. Nobody has RSVP'd....Obviously we know that Andy's Mom and family are coming. And Andy's Dad and his girlfriend are coming. Will and Cassie and Craig and my brother and his family....but other then that, that's all that we know of. I have had the No's come from a few people.....and I just got the card in the mail from my Mom yesterday....so I guess that means she's not coming either? Really....no call, no show? Just a card in the mail. That's awesome! We won't get into that! We're excited for this though. Just because it's going to be Chloe's day and she's going to have a blast, and I'm going to try my hardest to NOT let any of this BS get me down. It's Chloe's day and that's it! So, stay tuned next week for the recap! It's going to be fabulous!
On today's agenda for after work. Meijer to pick up the Minnie Cups, some milk for Chloe because she's almost out, and some Minnie Mouse Birthday wrapping paper. And then we come home and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! And tomorrow it's CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!! Wish me luck, guys!

So What! Wednesday

This week I'm saying So What! If:

• I'm not even really sure what to say So What! to this week due to the fact that this weekend is Chloe's birthday party!
• We still don't have any decorations bought for Chloe's party....I guess we will just do that on Friday, or maybe Saturday. LOL!
• I'd really like to just skip over this whole week and wake up on Saturday morning! 
• Andy and I are taking Monday off work to spend the day with Chloe. And then taking her to her Dr. Appt at 4pm....what a birthday present, huh?
• I had my girl Tiffany change my blog AGAIN when I started selling Scentsy because I wanted to be able to make one of the sidebars Scentsy advertising! I'm so glad that I did though, because I love the way it looks!
• I'm kind of glad that the Olympics are over.
• I haven't dried and styled my hair for work in probably over a month....
• I'm tired, and it's only 9pm....and I think I'm going to bed. (It's Monday night)

Tuesday Tidbits

• Chloe's birthday party is this weekend and I'm so giddy about it.
• We're getting Chloe her own little table and chairs set for her birthday!
• Watching the Olympics for the past 2 weeks, I've been forgetting about all my other shows. Thank God for DVR!
• To say that I'm an emotional mess about my Mom possibly not coming to Chloe's party is an under statement!
• Regular nail polish just doesn't last on me anymore....between the typing for 9 hours a day and then going home and doing dishes and washing sippy cups....nope!! This Mama needs Shellac, and that's all there is to it!
• Wednesday, Thursday and Friday's are my treadmill days....I like to relax on the weekends, and Monday and Tuesday, I just haven't figured out yet. I don't have good enough form for the 300 ab challenge. My neck ends up killing me after a few days. I just suck at it!
• We are planning on cutting a giant hole in the wall in our basement to make one of the rooms more open and the whole basement kind of a den/hang out room for Chloe!
• I already have all the outfits picked out for Chloe's 2 year pictures! Eeeek!!! I am SOOOOO excited for these ones! Sooooooooo excited! We're going to a local park/lake/beach place and I don't think we could have chosen a better location. These will be the best yet! I'm sure of it!
• I'm thinking that I want to have balloons in Chloe's room when she wakes up on her BIRTHday! Andy and I are staying home from work to spend the day with her and I just want it to be as perfect as possible!
• With Clothes that we got as hand-me-downs and the little bit of Clothes that I have bought for Chloe, she's pretty much set for her fall wardrobe. I'm just hoping that she doesn't go through a crazy growth spurt before winter! Cuz I'd like her to be able to fit into the 3T shirts and 2T pants through the winter. LOL!
• I have gained over 20 followers in the past 2 weeks!!! I CANNOT believe that and I want to thank all of my followers SO much!!!! You guys rock!!!
• I went to Target last Wednesday for cat litter and left with 2 pairs of shorts and a jumper for Chloe AND litter, of course. LOL! Never fails! I can't leave that place without something for Chloe!

So What! Wednesday!

This week I'm saying So What! if:

• All we have for Chloe's party is what she's wearing and what food I'm making. No decor yet....hmmm....
• If we know that we're going to be out around nap time, we let Chloe sleep in as long as she can!
• Chloe's been wearing those God Awful USA Pampers Diapers for the past week because they were the only ones Meijer had in stock.
• Chloe is less then 2 weeks from being 2 years old and I JUST got her hair professionally cut! Yep! I know, I'm crazy, but my girl Jane is amazing and I love her!

• The last 2 weigh ins I have gained a pound each, and now I am on my period....good Lord, help me to at least MAYBE lose .5 a lb this week.....UGH!
• My manicure that I got last Friday....well....it looks like I got it done a month ago! Ugh, oh well...I guess that's what I get for a $30 mani/pedi! It looked good while it lasted.....3 days. LOL
• We're planning a beach day this weekend. Even though this is the only weekend we have left to clean and prepare our house/garage for Chloe's party next weekend!

My "Minnie" Me: Chloe 23 Months

My Chloe girl is almost 2, and I can hardly believe it! I remember the day she was born like it was yesterday. How I woke up at about 1 in the morning and just laid in bed counting my contractions until about 3am because I didn't want to wake Hubby in case it wasn't time yet. 

I remember how Hubby called the nurses and told them I had been having contractions 7 minutes apart for the past 3 hours, and they told him to tell me to GET IN THE SHOWER and get my BUTT to the hospital!! 

I remember how Hubby made me my favorite sandwich, which consisted of wheat sandwich thins, salami, hot pepper cheese and mustard. We gave the cat kisses and told her that we would be bringing her sister home soon and jumped in the car and arrived at the hospital around 4am.

And then I remember the whole day being full of contractions, my Mom, painful contractions, and giving birth to my sweet baby girl.

And now, she's 23 months old, and I can't tell you where the time has gone. This past year has been AH-Mazing! Chloe has been learning and growing so much lately! She's just a sponge, and she is so happy! We bought a new house and girlfriend loves her new room! She loves all the space she has to run around and play in. And she loves the fact that we're so close to our besties Will and Cassie and their twin 3 year old girls! 

Chloe and Shadow (the cat) get along pretty well now too! Shadow kinda hates to love Chloe. Chloe will run and chase her, and Shadow will run from her. But when Chloe is sitting, Shadow will rub against her and purr. And Chloe just gets a kick out of that and laughs and says "awwww, Sadow"

Girl has been in a todder bed since she was like 19 or 20 months. She loves it! She's only fallen out about 3 times, and every time she's gotten right back up in it and went right back to sleep! She's always been an amazing sleeper, and I'm so grateful for that! Couldn't have asked for a better baby....Ever!
This week Chloe left the country for the first time! We drove through Canada to get to Maine. That was an interesting 20 hour drive.....but we made it, and we're having a blast!
Chloe has been loving the beach and hanging out with her friends Caitlyn and Alexa. We have just been relaxing and having a great time on our family vacation with our besties Will and Cassie and their twin girls! It's been great, and of course I don't want it to end!
I can't believe that my girl is going to be 2 years old in 1 month! It's just crazy to me, and she's growing and learning so much, and I can't wait to see what the future brings for her! She's Mama's baby girls. Always and forever. No matter what happens with our family in the {FAR} future, she's always the one that made me a Mommy! And I will forever cherish that with her!
