SO WHAT! Wednesday!

This week I'm saying SO WHAT! If:

• We're going back to Disney only 3 months after our last trip!
• I think Hubs and I are more excited about said trip than the Tot.
• We've already started planning and making reservations.
• I just cannot get my mind into this work out thing....the more I think about it, the more I'd rather throw up in my mouth...lol!
• Eating healthy is just going to have to work for me....because that's about all I can muster up. 
• I have an obsession with writing utensils....I just spend like $20 last week on pens and fine tipped markers. Ouch!
• I paid $.99 on the Beautiful Mess app yesterday. Yep!
• I'm thinking I'll have to buy Chloe her spring/summer clothing early this year since we're going to FL in April....hmm...SHOPPING SPREE!
• I have nothing else to say SO WHAT! To....

Florida 2013

It's pretty much official. We have the dates, we just need to book the condo! March 28th - April 5th! So Super excited!!! We're starting our 2 day drive on March 28th. We will arrive on March 30th. We will have March 30th - April 4th to relax and enjoy the wonderful Florida sun and warmth, and then we start the 2 day drive back to Michigan on April 5th. I'm so exited you don't even know!

This is what I looked like the last time we went to Florida. This was March 2009....see that tan skin and that tight stomach! Oh lord....this time will be just a LITTLE bit different, but still so much fun, and this time we will have our girl with us, and I just KNOW she's going to have a blast! A whole week with Gamma?! Come on, how much better could that be?! We're all so excited, and this Momma is going to REALLY get on the good eating and working out track so I can get my body somewhat back to look like THAT!

Christmas 2012

Quite possibly the best yet, might I add...Chloe was just a ball of fire!  We had some of our best friends over on Sunday for dinner. We had so much fun with them. Chloe played with the Twins and the Adults were able to have some nice quality adult conversation. Always a plus!

Monday (Christmas Eve) we went to PePaws house for dinner. Opened presents and hung out a little bit. And then it started snowing. Like, a lot! When we got there it wasn't snowing at all, and there was NO snow on the ground. By the time we left it took us over an hour and a half to drive a 45 minute drive home. But, by golly, Chloe stayed up the whole way because she was so so so excited to put the milk and cookies out for Santa!

Leap Family Christmas 2012

Yesterday we had my side of the family over to our house for Christmas. My parents live upnorth, and they are in town because of doctor appointments and what not for my Mom.
My Mom and Dad, My sister and her Husband and my brother and his Daughter came over. It was a blast! It's been a long time since we've had everyone in the same vicinity....like, years. At least 3-5 years, I'm sure. So, it was good to have everyone together!
We ate, we opened presents, we laughed we were a family. And let me tell you, that felt so good! Chloe was amazing. For not ever seeing that side of the family, she warmed up to them really fast and enjoyed all the company. She really loves playing with my niece Jeralyn!
When we were eating dinner, We put Chloe in her highchair, where she always eats, at the table with us, but she insisted on sitting with Memaw Leap. INSISTED! So, we moved her highchair over by her, and she did so good! She sat with her and Jeralyn and had to much fun!

Happy December!!

The first thing I need to touch on for this post is the fact that my niece's birthday is today! I cannot believe that she is 9 years old!!!! Just doesn't seem possible! I remember when she was born! I remember holding her in my arms when she was an infant. Makes my heart melt....we aren't really that close, but I love her just the same. She's been going through a rough time with her Mom and Dad (my brother) getting a divorce, so I decided to go pick her up yesterday and have a girls day out. We went shopping and I let her pick out her birthday gift. It was good to just be me and her. I'm not sure that's ever happened before. I really enjoyed her company. She's such a shy little lady, but she's just so sweet. I love her with all my heart!

Alright, now onto Scentsy. New month means new Warmer and Scent! And this one, I'm REALLY REALLY excited for!
The warmer is called Comfy Cozy, and here's why!

Doesn't it look like a comfy cozy sweater?! I just love it!! This is $31.50 for the month of December! I just love it! It's not TOO Christmas-y, so it would be perfect for all through the holidays and even after. It's just the perfect warmer for this time of year!

And of course you can't have the perfect warmer without the perfect scent to go in it, right? So, let me introduce you to Huckleberry Sage....

It smells like finding an unexpected winter berry patch -- tart ruby cranberries and sweet purple huckleberries dusted with silver sage. Trust me when I say this, I can't get enough! Disney On Ice: Rocking Ever After

Saturday was a blast! We woke up and got ready and headed out the door before 10:30 so that we could get to McDonald's for some pancakes for the little one and coffee and diet coke and sausage cheese mcmuffins for us. Then we were on our way! Truckin' in about a half hour drive to Auburn Hills for the Disney On Ice Rocking Ever After! SO MUCH FUN!!!
I don't ever remember going to this as a kid......I may have, I just don't remember. But let me tell you, the look on Chloe's face brought tears to both mine and Hubs eyes. It was just amazing. The absolute joy in her eyes was something that as a parent, you just love seeing. She had so much fun! She squeeled with joy and excitement when Minnie, Mickey, Donald and Goofy came out, and she loved seeing all the ice skaters singing and dancing! So much fun! There was a few times where she just wanted to run around, so we had to make our way up the 50+ staircase to the main floor to walk, but it was alllll way worth the look on her face! She danced, she clapped and there was so many wide eyed ooooh and ahhhh's, it was just amazing! Here are some of the pictures I was able to get! We were 5 rows up from the ice!! Amazing seats!!!

 Minnie and Mickey! She always asked where they were when they skated off stage! Obviously she loved them the most!

Mermaid's from The Little Mermaid! I think that may have been my favorite part of the show! That was always my favorite movie as a kid!

Ariel!! She was actually really pretty, and I think maybe one of the only characters NOT wearing a wig!!

 The other parts that I didn't get pictures of because I was too busy enjoying the show was Brave and Rapunzel....I'm pretty sure that was it!!
