Fab Friday

Oh, ya know! Just getting back at this here blogging thing. I haven't been writing much, but that's not because I don't love you! It's just because I literally didn't have anything to write about! I'd rather leave this page blank then to have something not worth reading....just me?
So, for the first Friday in a long time, I'm linking up with Laura over at Between the Lines for Fab Friday!

Ebates - Everyone else around these blogging parts has been ranting and raving about this amazing site that pays YOU to shop online! Yep, that's right!!! You heard me! So, I just had to give it a try, and well...I haven't turned back since! I even got the hubs to sign up too!! I don't do MUCH online shopping, but just enough. So far, I think including my Kohls purchase from the other night, I'm right around $10 cash back! Just need to keep adding to that! Next Up is Kohls....and not just because of Ebates, but because of the amazing sales they always have....and well....having a Kohls card doesn't disappoint either! I can't ALWAYS find something for either myself or Chloe there, and I love their prices!!! Next thing on my Fab Friday list has got to be Fish Sticks. Yes, I said Fish Sticks. No, this isn't a joke. I'm being completely seriously. These are the only damn things I can always, no matter what, get Chloe to eat! She has been such a picky eater as of late, but no matter what, she loves fish sticks, and she will always eat them! And for that reason, I'm putting them here on my Fab Friday list! And, last but not least is going to be Scentsy! Yes, I sell it, and yes I love it. It may have also kind of become an obsession for me. I have more scentsy bars then I think I will ever be able to melt ever in my life. But I love them all, and I change my wax all the time so it's ok! I also just bought the bogo buddies deal. I got Penny the Pig and Ollie the Elephant. I let Chloe pick which she wanted, and then put the other in my stuff for parties. To no Surprise, Chloe chose Ollie the Elephant! She loves him! I put a Newborn Nursery scent pak in him, and oh goodness, anywhere Chloe carries Ollie, smells amazing!  K, now go link up with Laura and tell us what is Fabulous in your life right now!

SO WHAT! Wednesday!

This week I'm saying SO WHAT! If:

• I saw Breaking Dawn Part 2 and almost cried just because I didn't want it to end!
• Sometimes I go all weekend and completely forget to drink any water....I'll drink coffee most of the morning, and then Diet Coke or whatever else, but not a single drop of water. I need to get better at that!
• We bribe Chloe with the Choo Choo train under the tree to eat her dinner! 
• Andy bought Chloe a new pair of tennis shoes, and I love them so much, I want a pair in my size....lol!
• I'm not sure I'll ever go back to the Coffee Mate creamer after drinking the International Delights! Omg, IN LOVE!
• I'm still not really sure what we're going to get Chloe for Christmas....any ideas?
• Peach the Elf has been sitting on the mantle since Friday.....I need to get better at this Elf on the Shelf thing.
• There has been numerous times this past week that Chloe has had apples and yogurt for dinner....girlfriend just isn't into eating. Unless it's fish sticks.
• I haven't been keeping track of any sort of diet for, I couldn't even tell you how long....I'll get back on it after the Holidays. Right now, I'll just enjoy it. I'm still maintaining weight. Within a few pounds of my goal, and I'm ok with that.

This week I'm saying SO WHAT! If:

• I have a new addiction....it's phone cases for my Galaxy S3!
• We now have a new thing at night for bedtime...it's laying on the couch until Chloe falls asleep. She will NOT fall asleep in her bed anymore.
• I'm thinking I'm going to take a break over Thanksgiving from blogging....so if you don't see me for a few days, it's because I'm collecting my thoughts to come back with some good stuff for you!
• I'm secretly really happy that Teen Mom 2 is back on!
• I haven't seen Breaking Dawn Part 2 yet....so I don't want any spoilers!!!
• This is my last day of the work week! I took Friday off! Yay!

Lack of Things to Write

I know that my blog has been lacking content....I've been writing, but not anything really worth a damn. So sorry! Just have a bad case of writers block! I just ain't got nothin' up there right now. I'd rather not write anything if it's not good. So, here's my apology letter....not even much of a letter really. Just me saying that I'm here, I'm still reading and all that, I just need a little time to come up with some good stuff. So, if I'm MIA the next few days, I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving with their Family and Friends and I'll be back soon! Real Soon! I promise!

Weekend Recap

I woke up this morning and totally realized that I had nothing written up for the ol' blog! Oh NO! That's not like me! So....here ya go! Just a little weekend recap! Enjoy.....

Friday night I had a Scentsy Party for my work friend Alanda! It was a total BLAST! After the work was done and all the orders were taken, we ended up having a dance party! I love my work girls!

Saturday Morning this one woke up in  a great mood and wanted to play with the snowman! So we got the new gel window clings out! These things are awesome!!!!

Well, that's about it for me! How was your weekend?

This week I'm saying SO WHAT! If:

• Chloe about had me give up last night.....not going to sleep until WELL after 9pm. Yea, not my kind of night....
• I almost didn't write this SWW post due to Little Miss staying up late
• We have our Christmas Stockings hung and lights up outside!
• We're putting our Tree up next Friday!
• We might just be spending Thanksgiving alone with out little family...just us. And I just might not care.
• I have $600 in Christmas spending money in my purse and it's KILLING ME!!!!
• I think I might be addicted to phone covers for my GS3....
• I just started ordering things through Ebates! I LOVE IT!
• I think I'm truly addicted to Scentsy parties! They are SOOOOO much fun!!!!!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

I know what you're thinking....WHAT?! It's not even Thanksgiving yet! Well, people! I'm here to tell you...I'm aware of this, and I'm also aware of the fact that Thanksgiving is just over a week away!!! So....Andy got bored (or something) and decided that he was going to put some Christmas lights up outside!

Don't worry, because there will be more!!! We're just waiting because 1, we don't want to be the only crazies! And 2, because we don't have a tall enough ladder to get to the second story! LOL!!

And also! One of the reasons I am SO excited about Christmas this year, is because we have a Mantle!!!!!! I seriously could not wait to decorate the inside of the house because we have a Mantle! That was part of the house that sold me when we first looked at it! And so now...of course we have our stockings hung! Yay!!!

Weekend Recap

Friday Night was my night. I went to a Shellac party at a work friends house! It was a blast!! Drinks and lots of fun doing nails! What could be better.
Saturday morning was full of me and my girl while Daddy did lots of homework. Then I had to leave to go to my Scentsy party. That turned out really good! Lots of sales for me! Made me really happy. Only bad part was it was out in Taylor....so it's like an hour drive. But, it was worth it. I drove to get my girl Krista and then she hopped in my truck and we went from there.
Sunday, Hubs did more homework and took a test. But, when he was finished, we went to Home Depot and bought a Christmas Tree!! That was fun! And apparently, when you bought a certain tree (the one we bought) you got a free pack of 100 ornaments! SCORE!!!

Then if was off to Kroger...Daddy went in while Chloe and I stayed in the car. She started whining, so I gave her my phone to watch some Mickey!

And then home for some relaxing and bed time!! Couldn't have asked for a better weekend!

Flashback Friday

This was November 26th of last year! I cannot believe that's even the same toddler that I was holding!!! Just crazy how she's changed!

Not Sure What To Do

Since Halloween night Chloe has not been able to fall asleep in her bed. I'm not even kidding you when I say this, she was seriously the best toddler ever when it came to naps and bedtime! I could not complain! I could put her down in her bed, give her kisses, rub her back for a few minutes and boom! Done! I'd leave the room, close the door and not hear a peep out of her all night long. But, NOW?! Nope....she refuses to lay down and relax in her bed. The costumes and masks she saw on Halloween legitimately scared her. Ruined her is probably a good word to use. This has been torturous for me! Now, don't get me wrong, I love the night time snuggles that I've been getting, but when it comes down to having time to ourselves at night. We went from over 2 hours to close to UNDER an hour. Chick isn't falling asleep until close to 9pm now.....and that's only because we're on the couch watching Barney or MMCH.
I seriously don't know what to do about this?! Will she break from this? Is this just a phase that will pass? Do I need to push her to break this? Do I just let this phase pass? I'm desperate to have my good bedtime toddler back! We have tried everything. We've moved bath time back a half hour to see if she gets tired earlier, we've tried reading to her IN her bed, but she just won't lay down.....she just wants to go back downstairs. And once she starts crying, it's all over. She just won't stop. I know that if we just let her CIO, she would eventually fall asleep....(maybe) but seriously, I just can't do that to her. I feel like she's really scared in her room in the dark and I would feel way to bad about that. But, let me say something else....she isn't in complete darkness. We have a battery operated candle in there and she's got a light show thingy on her crib that shows on the ceiling. So, she's not in the dark. But, if we leave her she just screams......HELP ME!

Has this happened to you? What did you do? Did it pass? I need some advise and help please! Ok...GO!

So WHAT! Wednesday!

This week I'm saying SO WHAT! If:

• I almost forgot to write this post.
• The reason I almost forgot to write this post is because I was watching the election results.
• I'm obsessed with my Galaxy S3!!!
• Since Halloween night, Chloe hasn't fallen asleep on her own in her bed. 
• I don't really mind her snuggling with me to fall asleep.
• Even though I don't mind Chloe snuggling with me to fall asleep, I really hope this fear she has doesn't last long....
• It goes more then another week or 2, I might consider switching her to a full size bed early!
• I have been eating candy every single night
• I cut the feet off Chloe's footie jams. And she loves them now!
• I'm thinking I won't go scary for Halloween next year. Just because of what it did to Chloe this year....
• I'm surprised I came up with that much stuff to say SO WHAT! to!

It's that Warm Fuzzy Feeling

Now, this post should have been posted on Thursday....being the 1st of November, and that's what this is about, but Chloe wasn't being very cooperative with us starting Wednesday night. She got freaked out by the masks and costumes that she saw and has been scared to go to bed since then. So we haven't had much free time at night. But, Saturday, (yes, I wrote this on Saturday) girlfriend didn't nap at all, so come 8pm, she actually passed out on me while we were watching Barney. So that was pretty great! I put her in bed and we had the whole night free to do whatever we needed to do!

So, anyways, back to the actual post.....

Amazing how your mood changes so much in just one day!
October 31st, you are all about Halloween-Fall time, Scary, Boo! And then you wake up on November 1st with this warm fuzzy feeling of cozy, fire place, starbucks fancy coffee drinks, Christmas shopping, warm fuzzy sweaters, and the list could go on and on forever!
No? Just me? What are your thoughts? Care to share? What is your favorite thing about the holiday season? Do you like the fact that radio stations start playing Christmas music the DAY AFTER Halloween? Do you like the fact that even BEFORE Halloween, Target had their Christmas stuff out in the aisle RIGHT next to the Halloween costumes? LOL! Now, that to me is kind of funny....but seriously, November 1st! Bring it ON!
Do you get that warm fuzzy feeling the moment you step out of bed on November 1st? I totally did! And I'd love to hear your thoughts!
