New House

So, we went to look at a house last Saturday. Our plan was to keep our short sale on and see if that went through, but to also have a plan B and keep looking for houses. Well, we saw this house and immediately fell in love! So we put an offer in and heard last Tuesday that the offer was accepted!!!!!! Here are the pics. We just love it!!!

Since Husband and I were off work Monday-Wednesday, we were able to get the inspection done and sign the mortgage paperwork. So we got that out of the way! So now we just have to wait for the appraisal to be done...which is the most important part of this whole process....So when that comes back good, then we can move on. We hope to be able to close in the next 3-4 weeks. Our renters move in to our house on June 29th. So it would be ideal for us to be able to just move into our new house by then. But....we can't be sure. So all we can do at this point is pray.
